The Sugary Spoon began with a simple frustration many home bakers can relate to — wanting quality vanilla extract without all the unnecessary additives. As someone who loves baking from scratch, I wanted an ingredient that was simple, pure, and full of flavor. After years of research, testing, and plenty of trial and error, I finally created the vanilla extract I had been searching for.

On a typical Saturday morning, you'll find me with a cup of coffee in hand and something sweet baking in the oven, while my family and dog fill the house with the warmth, laughter, and little moments that make it feel like home.
